At Innoplexus we really believe in the phrase “Culture eats strategy for breakfast” made by none other than Peter Drucker. Innovation is key pillar of our strategy and we have been able to build a culture which drives innovation by consciously encouraging diversity in all aspects. We have people from different countries, ethnicities, religions, socio-economic backgrounds and skill sets, speaking 15 languages. You can easily find a PhD in Molecular Biology sitting next to a Computer Scientist working together to solve a problem.

Exponential Learning Experience

You will have plenty of opportunities to demonstrate what you know, develop your skills, and grow with the group. You will work with one of the finest brains in the industry to solve some of the world’s toughest challenges. At Innoplexus we’re fully committed to develop a continuous learning culture. In addition to training sessions, there are many opportunities to learn via regular Hackathons and other such programs. Last but not the least, your peers and colleagues will be your biggest and the most important source for knowledge-building.

Innoplexus support students to gain hands-on experience in solving real-world data science problems. We encourage them to actively participate in our current projects, by giving them an exclusive access. Our close association with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has helped us in taking an active part as a lecturer, data and problem statement provider for the Master in Applied Data Science curriculum.

Fun Unlimited!

At Innoplexus, we are rather serious about fun! A fun-filled workplace is what we provide. Since we all spend a substantial part of our lives in office in some locations – like our Pune office – we decided to bring in recreation into the workplace. Our office is equipped with a bean bags, table tennis, carrom and other facilities. Apart from entertainment, there is plenty of space in nicely arranged areas to be used for the informal meetings, extensive research and brainstorming sessions.
